Some felonies who commit impecular justic must be killed with a jacknife while not being infiltrated by sinister serial murderers who attempt to snatch one felon's dead body at a time. In police case after police case, would the FBI investigate the prison felonies on a day-to-day basis OR track down the missing body organs found in a nearby detention center?
